Civility Reminder 7. Parking Lot (5 minutes) a. Review 4/21/2012 and 5/17/2012 parking lots b. Parking Lot for today’s items 8. More Than a Wish List: goals of today’s meeting (5 minutes, plus opening round) a. Opening Round (limit to 60 seconds each, 20 minutes total) b. Clearer definition/identification of “Top Notch Service” c. Identify near-term opportunities d. Identify imminent threats e. Next steps – specific action items 9.
