e. Evansville Community Partnership presentation regarding a Public Art Event and Display

f. Motion to recommend to council the Proclamation for EMS Week in May.

g. Discussion regarding COPS Recovery Hiring Program Grant application.

h. Discussion regarding the new Police Department Building Remodel with update on Project Managers contract and finding of architect.

i. Discussion and/or consideration of adopting an Ordinance that would regulate the Harboring of Minor Runaways.
