Please take notice that the next meeting of the Evansville Police Commission will take place on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Evansville Police Station, 10 West Church Street, Evansville, Wisconsin. 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Roll call

2. Approval of minutes of the October 05, 2011 Police Commission meeting

3. Citizen appearances

4. Chief’s report Scott:

1. Motion to review and approve updated eligibility list presented by Chief.

b.     Motion to approve the hiring of a new part time officers from list, Discussion (in closed session), and vote (in open session after closed session)

c.     Motion for the Commission to convene in closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) in order to discuss confidential information regarding candidate proposed for appointment by the Chief to fill vacant position(s), discussion, and vote on motion.

d.     Motion to leave closed session, discussion and vote on the motions.
