Approval of December meeting minutes (attached). 3. January bills (roll call vote). 4. Librarian’s Report: Discuss 2012 budget, materials acquisition. Discuss 2011 circulation statistics and materials acquisition. Discuss possibility of cashing in CD/transferring to savings/signature cards. Discuss upcoming Library programs and 2011 program statistics. Discuss replacement for Assistant Director. Discuss personnel policy. Discuss community survey. Discuss lawn maintenance/snow removal. 5. Closed session: Upon proper motion and approval vote, the Library Board will convene into closed session pursuant to the following statutory exemption, Section 19.85 (1)c. Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body had jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. 6. Adjourn.
