AGENDA
1. Call to order and roll call.

2. Approval of Agenda.

3. Motion to waive the reading of the minutes of the February 4, 2010, meeting and approve as printed.

4. Citizen appearances other than agenda items listed.

5. Motion to accept the W&L bills as presented.

6. Motion to accept the City bills as presented.

7. Unfinished Business:
A. Discussion: Purchasing Policy.

8. New Business:
A. Motion to recommend to Common Council approval of Renewable Energy Purchase Agreement with WPPI Energy for Wind Turbine Installation.

B. Motion to recommend to Common Council approval of Resolution 2010-02, Approving Loan Agreement with WPPI Energy for Wind Turbine Installation.

C. Motion to approve filling of vacant Youth Baseball Coordinator position.

D. Motion to approve investment of $250,000 of general fund balance in ten-month certificate of deposit (CD) with Union Bank & Trust.

E. Motion to meet in closed session per Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c) to discuss City Administrator performance evaluation, contract, and wages, and to subsequently reconvene in open session.

F. Possible motion(s) relative to recommendations to the Common Council regarding City Administrator contract and wages.

9. Adjournment.
