Does anyone who reads the Observer know how to create a applicant initiated ordinance? I have inquired to a Plan Commission member and the City Council President concerning something that I consider to be ordinance worthy, but with no success. I have attempted to initiate, but am having no results.
Signed,
Ignored in Evansville
