3. Motion to approve the agenda as presented.
4. Motion to postpone the approval of the minutes from the May 25, 2010 meeting to the next regular meeting.
5. Citizen appearances
6. Discussion regarding eminent domain action related to the South Sixth St. detention pond and possible motion to recommend to Common Council against proposed alternative storm water control.
7. Motion to adjourn meeting.
