3. Presentation by energy audit student and teacher.

4. Approval of July 2008 minutes (attached).

6. Librarian’s report:

Discuss 2009 operating and capital budget.
Discuss amount increase in salary line to make two employees full-time.
Discuss possibility of acquiring semi-permanent sign for Library lawn.
